ROV Downunder was founded by Bill Bulloch in 2005 on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.
Bill has over 21-years of offshore ROV based experience worldwide, from eyeball inspection ROV's to work-class oil & gas intervention to mechanical and flow based cable and pipeline trenching systems. This experience has been gained in roles ranging from ROV pilot/technician (electrical/electronics based), ROV & Trenching Superintendent, Bridge Operations Supervisor, Offshore Vessel Manager and Client Representative.
ROV Downunder uses this extensive hands-on experience to provide key services to clients:-

• Consultancy services in all aspects of ROV & trenching operations.
• Offshore contracting personnel for all aspects of ROV & trenching operations. CV's available on request.

• ROV inspections services using ROV Downunders own Seabotix or AC-ROV inspection services.
